Dead season is over which means I'm pulling full time work weeks as a Audio/Visual Tech noob. Because of that Vegas is going to actually feel like a vacation!!! I'd rather be sitting down at a poker table for 6-7 hours then be rolling cables anyways lol. I'm freelancing for 2 companies now, I prefer one over the other, naturally, the pay is kinda low for now but that's cuz I'm just starting out. This week I'll be working downtown and the Montreal Sheraton Center. I do all corporate stuff so it's prebably going to be for some conference or convention of some sort.
Then from March 29th until the 31st i'll be dealing in the Montreal Open again!!! WOOOT www.themontrealopen.com Last year was my first time dealing for it, EZ money since the company pays really well and I'm enjoying myself obv. It's the greatest feeling delivering dirty beats hahahaha i'm so bad...
I'm missing the ME on the 1st of april since I'll be leEEEEEEEEEEEEaaaving oooooon a jet plane!!!!!!!!! They usually have too many dealers for the ME anyways since there's obv less table then days 1-3 but I would have gotten 50$ for just showing up at least, o well...
Ok Don time. So this is when I post pretty graphs that show how well I've been doing playing Double or Nothings :) It's been a real pleasure finding something I'm good at on pokerstars, it only took me like 4 years but who's counting lol... To start this is my Graph before the dons...
And this is up until now...
Quite the improvement IMO.
My intial plan was to start at the $5s and moves up to the 10s at a $300 roll but since I got cold feet moving up I played the 5s a lot longer than expected.
Multi tabling transition:
I started playing 3 5s at a time (since I literally had $18 in my stars account) and gradually moved to more tables. I got up to 6 at a certain point and was doing well. I then started sets of 4 5s and 2 10s I guess to get my feet wet in the 10s but that wasn't working very well at all since I would be winning the 5s and losing the 10s so I decided to stick to 5s for good... The think about the don's is if you put in the volume, they're profitable. When I ended with the 5s I was up to playing 10 at a time. Quaid finally convinced me to try the 10s for a change so I decided to play only 10s in my set.
I played 10 at a time like I did with the 5s. My final stats for the 5s are as follows:

I guess about game 3400 on my graph was when I my 10s started, one of the sickest SNG/Don heaters I've ever been a part of, it was such a rush!!! Double the buy in, double the wins, and loses. But I was told my ROI% might drop 1-2% in the 10s so a couple losing sets were expected. Since the switch I've been playing sets of 14 (my screens can hold up to 14 regular size cascaded stars tables at once before they start getting smaller) 10$ dons and my starts are as follows:

I'm happy to say that 1/2 my Vegas trip was paid by dons and my spending $$$ was also paid for by Dons. Some of the guys are going to go see the Cirque do Soleil show "O" in vegas, I initially didnt want to go since it was too expensive for me at $230 CAD, but my mind was changed 2 nights later and I withdrew $250 CAD for the show since I ran well in the 2 days prior. I played a couple MTTs and cashed for about 80$ US, then the days after I played 3 sets, went 12-2 ($96 set right there WOOT WOOT), 7-7, 11-3, for a cool $163 US. If you were to tell me 5 months ago that now not only I would be pulling profitable days, but 100$ +++ days I probably would have called you a dreamer lol (but thx for the encouragement lol)

I said I would withdraw whenever I hit a century mark, ex, at 500$ br I withdraw around 50, to go down to 450, then when I hit 600 I would do the same, etc. Since I was running at God status when I moved to the 10s and was withdrawing every 3-4 days!!! It was pretty sick IMO...
